Registration and fees

There are three deadlines for registrations: Early bird (May 2 - Sept. 22, 2025) Regular (Sept. 23 – Dec. 12, 2025) and Late (Dec. 13, 2025 – in venue). We recommend registering early to benefit from discounted rates.

There are four registration categories: Professional, Argentine professional, Student and Accompanying person. Members of the Orthopterists' Society have a discounted registration rate. If you want to become a member and get a discount on the registration fee, you must register here: https://orthsoc.org/membership/join-renew/

Important! You must register by the Regular deadline (December 12, 2025) for your abstract to be confirmed. If you do not register by this date, your abstract will be removed from the program.

Conference registration fees include:

The accompanying person registration fees include Lunch (from Monday to Thursday), Welcome Cocktail & Gala Dinner.
